Silvia's classes are grounded in therapeutic movement and will always challenge you to explore your limitations without ever pushing you beyond them. Silvia is a highly skilled and caring teacher, who encourages her students to realize their full potential and feel empowered to manifest the changes they envision in their life. Is an oasis of light and tranquility in the heart of Old Town Tarifa.
