Traditional Prone Techniques

We’ve got your back!
This workshop will focus on traditional Thai Yoga Massage techniques that address the back of the body in prone position (belly to the floor). You will learn to use your hands, feet, knees, and elbows to rock, stretch, compress, wiggle, and knead your clients into a state of complete bliss. Everyone loves a back massage, so join in on the fun! There will be some review from previous workshops at BYS Yoga, but most of the techniques will be new! No massage therapy experience necessary.
This introductory-level workshop will be facilitated by internationally-recognized Thai Yoga Massage instructor Sunny Klaber.
