The timing of this course was excellent. I was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was in the process of incorporating a variaty of lifestyle changes into my life. The link with stress and disease in our bodies is strong, and improving stress management needed to be one arm of my treatment. My goal is to improve the efficacy of treatment and prevent recurrance of my cancer long term. I believe that incorporating Qi Gong into my life will enable me to live my life cancer free. This course gave me the foundation of understanding and comfort with the practice that I needed to do this.
