Terms and Conditions

Donation-based Classes: We are unable to grant refunds for voluntary donations made to classes.

Refunds: If for any reason, you are unable to participate in a class for which you register and pre-pay, your registration fee is fully refundable until 24 hours before the class.

Cancellations: If, for any reason, the class for which you have registered and pre-paid, is canceled by Integral Travel, we will grant you a full refund.

Refunds: Upon purchase of one of our online courses, you are immediately sent an email with a password that grants you access to the Course page. Because we cannot un-send that e-mail or revoke your access, we are unable to grant refunds for Online Courses.

Deposit: Your retreat deposit is non-refundable except in the event that the program is canceled by Integral Travel due to insufficient registrations or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance can either be paid in equal monthly payments, with the entire program cost due 60 days prior to the program start date or paid in full.

Withdrawal: If written notice of withdrawal from the program is received less than 60 days prior to the program start, and if the spot cannot be filled, the participant will forfeit the entire tuition. If notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days prior to the start of the program OR the spot can be filled, the participant is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to Integral Travel. Any participant who chooses to leave the group prior to the end of the trip will not receive a refund.

Unable to participate: If, for some unforeseen circumstance, including but not limited to illness, a death in the family, or natural disaster, a guest cannot participate in the retreat for which they have registered and paid, the participant can apply all money paid to Integral Travel for the retreat to a future retreat, but is not entitled to a refund of any monies paid to Integral Travel.

Dismissal: If a participant acts in any way which is injurious to him/herself, people of the host country, other participants on the trip or generally conducts him/herself in a way that is disruptive to the trip, we reserve the right to send the participant home without a refund. Abuse of alcohol and the use of illegal drugs are cause for dismissal. Participants sent home early, or who choose to return for any reason, including sickness, personal emergencies, or injury, will be responsible for all medical costs and will absorb travel and related costs associated with an unscheduled departure.

Canceled Trip: Integral Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip if there are insufficient registrations, and the trip is not economically feasible. A full refund will be granted for canceled trips, including your program deposit, but Integral Travel is not responsible for other costs incurred by members preparing for the trip.

Travel Documents: Every person must be in possession of a valid passport for international travel.

Health Requirements and Safety Considerations: Our programs require good physical conditioning. If you have any questions regarding the physical demands of your program, please contact us.
